Year 1 students of Creative Computing, who just completed modules in Digital Storytelling and Digital Visual Design, visited the prestigious RAK Fine Arts Festival 2023 at the Heritage Village of Al Jazeera Al Hamra on 15 February, 2023.
The trip aligned with the department's vision of inspiring & nurturing creative computing professionals, who can deploy their robust coding & other digital skills to envision & develop a wide variety of innovative digital artifacts ranging from utility solutions, media, & fine arts.
As the students witnessed physical & digital artworks from local & international artists, the exhibition surely inspired many with the craftsmanship, possibilities, & opportunities in artistic expression.
